The headliner of the album began as a song about TRAMPOLINES bwahaha. The experience of jumping high, falling from height, flying and so on. There're melodies which, you know, always come with words. So once I caught myself for singing "you took me higher, I have never felt so alone" which made no sense. So I definitely was to make it up and write the so-so logical text. It has finally become an understanding of the Icarus myth with a metaphor about heavy addiction.
lyrics
You took me higher,
Where my darkest fears came alive.
All I have lost in my time,
All I've denied,
All the feelings that would never be mine.
It was a perfect desire,
Only wish to fly higher and higher and higher.
Higher
I have never felt so alone,
So insecure and so tired,
Losing myself, leaving behind all my life,
Learning to fly.
It was the fire that was burning my wings
When getting higher and higher and higher.
Higher and higher and higher and higher
and higher and higher than life
You took me higher and higher and higher and higher
and higher and higher than time.
